This review is definitely overdue! I purchased a 2021 RAV4 from Rodney Lewis during the middle of the Covid pandemic, and I must admit it was the EASIEST car buying experience ever! I purchased a 2021 RAV4 from Rodney Lewis during the middle of the Covid pandemic, and I must admit it was the EASIEST car buying experience ever! Rodney Lewis went above to help me purchase the perfect vehicle. It was our running joke that I had a new car on paper because I purchased it sight unseen, which was the norm during this time due to the supply/ chip shortage issue. I will admit I was a tad bit nervous to purchase of a brand new vehicle sight unseen, however Rodney answered all my questions which made me feel confident with the purchase and process. Together we looked online for a color I liked, and together Rodney and I selected the interior color. We put my package together, I paid my deposit and patiently waited for my PERFECT RAV4 XLE to arrive. It took about 2 months (give or take), however that wasn’t a big deal because I was updated weekly by Rodney. He truly went above and beyond as a salesman. The day finally arrived!! The day before Thanksgiving!!! I received the call!!! “Hey Natasha. It’s Rodney. Your car is here!!!” I didn’t know if I should cry or scream, I was so excited!!! Then he said, they are putting the purple flames on it now. I got quiet and thought tp myself, that sounds awful and ugly. Oh, Rodney has a great sense of humor! He started laughing and said, got you! We both laughed about it. I dashed to the dealership…well, got a ride and spotted my baby (2021 RAV4 XLE)!! There were no cars on the lot, so my car screamed my name. It’s like the car said, here I am! I walked into the dealership and Rodney handed me the key fobs. It was real!! I’m the owner of a brand new 2021 RAV4 XLE. I made a joke and told Rodney I wanted a new vehicles with less than 5 miles. It was only a joke, yet he delivered on that!! My new RAV4 XLE had 4 miles on it. If one is looking for a salesman that goes above and beyond to help customers, Rodney is the PERFECT salesman. It almost feels wrong calling him a salesman because it felt like making a purchase from a friend. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call on my birthday from Rodney to wish me a happy birthday. How many car salesmen stay in contact with their customers after the sale? Rodney is the first salesman that has done this! I’ve referred all my family and friends to Fred Anderson Toyota and Rodney Lewis. The entire car buying process was so EASY!!! I purchased my vehicle “on paper” in less than a hour!!! I could not believe how fast the process was. No haggling with the prices and no trying to up sell me on features I didn’t want or need. Rodney is truly a class act! It’s because of him that I now consider Fred Anderson Toyota family. I’ll purchase all future vehicles from this dealership. Everyone from the receptionist to the salesman, service managers are all wonderful, pleasant and kind. Oh, although I didn’t need financing, I can confirm that the finance department (Robbie) is wonderful too! I had a bit of a hiccup with the service department. Guess who was there to guide me? Rodney Lewis! He truly is one who goes above and beyond to help customers, past, present and future customers! It’s obvious that he genuinely cares! Oh, and if you’re lucky enough to have your vehicle serviced around your birthday, he might even treat you to a cupcake or pastry. I have nothing but great things to say about Rodney. He isn’t a “fast talking” salesman at all. I promise that you’ll laugh through the entire car buying process. Fred Anderson Toyota is family. I plan to purchase all future cars here, and hope I’m lucky enough to make that purchase with Rodney. More

He is patient, very knowledgeable of his product and was impressed with his ability to effectively explain the complex electronics and features of the vehicles we were most interested in. I always enjoy working with sales people like Eddie who are interested in selling you on their product due to its features and whether it fits your specific needs, rather than pressuring you to simply buy a product. It was also a great to see and visit with Matthew Laurence who was promoted to finance, and sold me my past vehicles and efficiently handled and assisted us on our closing paperwork this time. Buying a car again from Fred Anderson for me was like visiting a friend - Thanks all! More
