It’s rare to come across people who combine professionalism with such a personal touch, and Dan and Eddie absolutely nailed it. Appreciate Jeremy G's time to raise concerns and listen to a customers frustration. Based on Jeremy's actions - Id give them another shot when it's time to buy our next vehicle.. Thank you Jeremy.. Look, I get that Dealers can opt to charge a higher interest rate (the hold back vs the buy rate)and frankly, Its unethical. Bought a used Volvo and the dealer opted to charge 1% over what should have been charged for the interest rate. Talking with the Credit Union they used - with Tier A+ credit, the dealer should have just charged what the bank rate was.. Is the car I bought, great.. yep.. In this economy, A Buyer shouldn't have to go to the bank first to verify that the dealer isn't going to greedily charge a higher rate.. Buyer beware.. this dealer likes to play games with finance.... More
