Hi ANAC01987, The three managers all told you the process could take up to two months. They were correct. It can take less time, but with COVID-19, many accounting procedures are taking longer to process. The check for the GAP insurance was issued on 12/10/20. The Vehicle Service Agreement & Pre Paid Maintenance refunds were issued 12/14/20. The Tire & Wheel will be issued by Toyota Financial Services and was processed on 12/10/20. All of the canceled service agreements will be deducted from your loan's balance and will shorten your term of payments. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any additional questions.
