so far it has only been being put to the curb and not taken care of and make me think about how many other unlucky people have been sold a car that has big issues and not putting me in a rental car becau taken care of and make me think about how many other unlucky people have been sold a car that has big issues and not putting me in a rental car because they take time i think fixing mine while it is there is service feels like nobody wants to touch it because no money or some may be in trouble becjuse paper trtail alwasy leads back to where a mistake was covered or made but i suffer for buying car i assume there may be knowledege or something about the transmisson or more issue. I am an assist CEO at a medical center and no call about car ask for rental only get will talk to manager at 1PM now it is 4pm having to ask co worker for ride to my house. I am starting to think that issues similar to this one has happend before because they seem good at it. How i have been treated verbally polite and answers are rare along with help. I really appreciated my salesman’s patience with me while I made my decision. The main thing I hate to hear when making a big purchase is, “what’s it going to take to get you into this car tonight.” I immedi I made my decision. The main thing I hate to hear when making a big purchase is, “what’s it going to take to get you into this car tonight.” I immediately stop thinking about buying anything and start thinking about my escape. My salesman was empathetic and allowed me the time I needed to make my decision. That was the driving force that made me buy my car from your dealership. I do feel as if my salesman might need more training on how your dealership does transactions, or maybe some of the other team members should explain more to the newer sales force when requesting documents. There were several situations where I would ask my salesman why do you need that from me and he would have to go ask why. Honestly, I felt like it was more of lack of team effort than a lack of experience from my salesman. I truly believe a little more team work would’ve prevented some, if not all of the bad experiences I had at QUEBEDEAUX. More
