Outstanding service from start to finish! I discovered that Genesis would start selling the GV60 in AZ and contacted Larry H. Miller Genesis using their “Contact us” email link. I received I discovered that Genesis would start selling the GV60 in AZ and contacted Larry H. Miller Genesis using their “Contact us” email link. I received a quick response from Pat Bria who was hands down provided the best car buying experience I have had to date. He kept me informed throughout the entire process from placing the initial deposit, while tracking the vehicle’s journey across the globe, and when the GV60 would be available for pick up. His constant contact was well appreciated as we traveled about 3 hours to purchase this vehicle. Once at the dealership, Pat gave us a comprehensive walk though of the GV60 and ensured we were happy with the vehicle. It just so happened that another reservation was cancelled the day prior and we ended up taking that vehicle instead (my wife liked the color better). Pat and the team there were amazing with the last minute curve ball and made the transition seamless. Pat and the team there at Larry H. Miller Genesis are truly amazing and I will continue to drive past the two closer dealerships for the level of service provided by Pat and Larry H. Miller. - Tony More
