Actually repulsive! I watched this car for sale for a couple of weeks on over three websites all advertising the same price and decided to get serious about purchasing it. We emailed the dealer and they confirmed the price, availability, vin # and photos of the car by email so we set an appointment days later to see it on the weekend because we live two hours away. I pack up the whole family and we go see the car. I already had a prequalified loan and cash to make this purchase so they say they need to run my credit to verify my identity and we waited for 45 min. I have great credit and after they finally came back from running it they tell me that there must have been a "glitch" in advertising and the price is now $2500 higher. I confirmed with them that this is not what we agreed to in the emails so they go talk to the manager. During that time I check online and the car is still posted for the same price. After over two hours since we got there and after running my credit the manager comes out and says this is the price now. Needless to say I walked out and had been robbed of six hours of a Saturday. My family and I were treated so disrespectfuly during this process that we will NEVER do business with this dealership and their ownership ever. They have burned a bridge for life. More
