My positive experience started with a phone call. I was nicely greeted by the receptionist and then forwarded to a sales representative (Edgar), who directly and professionally answered my questions. I then met with him the same day to look at the car that interested me. He answered all my questions, we test drove the car, he gave me as much time/privacy as I needed to think, was very respectful during the purchase process, explained it, and finally prepared my vehicle to take home (showing me many of its special features and how to use them).
