Purchased a preowned Hyundai Palisade Oct 2025. I will say it is a very nice car. After some fairly lengthy negotiations we came to terms on price and payment. When it came time to sign paperwork the terms had changed and they tried to slide some mandatory "crap" in that I didn't want. After a few less than wonderful conversations I went ahead with the purchase. One of the things that was included was 1 year of the "Don Davis Guarantee" which covers lost keys, scratches, among a few other items I believe. Well when it came time to take advantage of this program I cannot get anyone to call me back to get a claim going. I'm in week 3 of trying and I'm tired of trying so I turn into a keyboard warrior in hopes that I may save at least 1 more person the drama of lack of customer service from this place. do yourself a favor and purchase somewhere else.
