In the middle of the process, my wife went into labor and our newest child was born. AJ and Eduardo didn’t miss a beat—they finalized the deal, delivered our new vehicle, and picked up our trade-in, all while we were still at the hospital. They made the entire process incredibly easy for us during one of the most chaotic times of our lives. Even after the sale was complete, their commitment didn’t stop. When our newborn was admitted to the hospital for being underweight and the check engine light came on in our new vehicle, AJ and Eduardo personally came to Children’s Hospital, gave us a loaner car, and took ours in for service—all without us leaving our newborn’s bedside.
