My wife's car was totaled, hit as she sat at a light. Eduardo was our sales rep. When the other party's insurance check needed to clear, we needed another day(Bank rule). Eduardo and manager demanded to see a pic of the check. We felt insulted. Never had a dealership ask me to prove I had a check before. However, I put a hold on a BMW my wife liked. Unfortunately, she found another vehicle with half the mileage and a warranty, which changed her mind. When I cancelled, Eduardo told me my money, $2000USD, was not refundable! I have since filed a dispute with my bank(freezes interest) and I spoke with another BMW supervisor by phone later. Still no refund. Await Chase pit bulls to do their thing. I have purchased many cars over the years. I have NEVER encountered people like this. Sticking with Mercedes. Also, this dealership does not let you take a vehicle home to try it, which I have never encountered either. Mercedes allows this(and even encouraged it). Avoid these people at all cost. More
