They were knowleedgeable on helping a PA resident (me) buy a car in NJ, and ordered my PA plates and charged me PA tax (6%) and not NJ (7%). Financing was competitive, so I went with them. Eddie was helpful form the minute we walked through the door, he asked questions to learn what our interests were and then he took us to the vehicles we were interested in. He explained the feature or the different trims showed us what options were available (and there were many) but most of all Eddie was patient. There was no rush to get it over with, no sales pitches just information to help us make an informed decision. We spent 5 hours there, left with the vehicle and in the meantime got to know Eddie. Even after the sale was completed Eddie went the extra mile to demonstrate all the features of the car. His demeanor, customer service skills and attention to details made this the best car buying experience I have ever had. Lou in Finance was also great, straight talk no sales pitches. Buy this car for Kia of Sussex was easier than checking out at the grocery store. FIRST CLASS all the way. More
