Richrod08, I’m truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with our service and the long wait for your oil change. We strive for customer-centric support and reliability, and it’s clear we fell short this time. Thank you for sharing your feedback; we will address this issue to improve our service quality and hope you’ll give us another chance in the future.
