Edwin was great. He did everything he could to get me the car that i wanted at the price that was negotiated. I had put my name down for the car and i was first in li He did everything he could to get me the car that i wanted at the price that was negotiated. I had put my name down for the car and i was first in line and i was told to secure my spot i will need to put a deposit down. I confirmed that i am going to buy the car and Edwin had asked his supervisor and they said that the deposit is not needed and that they would honor the agreement and said it was mine once it got delivered. I had cleared my day when the car was set to get delivered but it got delayed. When it finally showed up i was not able to go to the dealership right away because it was during the holiday season. I let Edwin know and scheduled the earliest day that worked with both of our schedules. A couple days before i was supposed to come in I get a call from Edwin saying that another sales rep has someone else lined up to purchase the vehicle. Even though i was 1st in line and was told that the car was mine and that a deposit was not necessary the supervisor tried to sell the car to someone else and the only reason they didn't sell it to the other potential buyer was because they did not clear the credit check. This really made the purchasing process stressful and annoying and they did not honor their agreement. If you use this dealership be aware that they will not honor any agreements. If they say a deposit is not necessary to secure the vehicle they are not being honest with you. I would recommend insisting you put a deposit down or just assume that the car is not yours until you have the keys. Edwin cared but the dealership had other intentions and are not looking out for the buyer. More
