The shopping and buying experience was good. Everyone was very nice and didn’t feel pushy compared to other dealerships. They were able to work with our budget and bought out our lease, which helped take some of the stress off the process. We have yet to receive our lease information after three weeks, but that’s not on the dealership. The only downside is with the vehicle and what we were told it had. There are several features that sold us on the vehicle and convinced us to buy the top-of-the-line model. We took their word on the features, assuming that the key features that were described to us were included with the vehicle. When we got the vehicle home and started going through it, we found it didn’t have those features and that they had been removed in previous model years. That’s partially on us; we should have verified before leasing the vehicle rather than taking the dealer’s word for it. However, when selling a $60k+ vehicle, the dealer should know what’s included and what’s not. This negatively impacted our buying experience. If you do purchase from here and are told that there are features included on your vehicle, we recommend verifying these features prior to signing any paperwork. More
