After delivery, I experienced an electrical problem and the truck was in service for several days. Communication from the dealership has been slow, inconsistent, and at times nonexistent. I’ve had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates that were promised but never delivered. The issue was ultimately repaired, and I have not had further problems with the truck, but the lack of communication during the process significantly impacted the overall experience. More
