All 3 service writers are top notch. They help each other and are very accommodating to the customers. They extended special assistance to a lady with a walker without any fanfare. Alfre They help each other and are very accommodating to the customers. They extended special assistance to a lady with a walker without any fanfare. Alfredo listened to my problem description fully. A tech, Arein, (spelling) came out to my truck to correct an issue. I told him not to spend any time as it wasn’t a big deal and he had other work waiting. He still spent time to satisfy this customer. I was kept informed. Phone calls were pleasant & timely. I appreciate the overall attitude of the personnel I’ve been in contact with. We’ll be back & will recommend this dealership because of the people. Thanks. More

I have had 3 things go terribly wrong with services and am no longer a customer. #1 oil chg & rotation only to find out a week later a serious vibration when driving, the lug nuts on one rear wheel loose am no longer a customer. #1 oil chg & rotation only to find out a week later a serious vibration when driving, the lug nuts on one rear wheel loose & tire jacked, told tire was fine nothing to do short of tightening lug nuts. Thank god I did not drive this car out of town! #2 Came in for oil change, & now come home to find coolant leak next day, take it back and told I need whole new system, I reported that I should not, had it replaced 2yrs ago (not at your place). After master mechanic looked at it I only needed a new thermostat thing. But did I really? It had not leaked 2 yrs previous since new system replaced. Did not leak prior to going in for oil change. #3 I came home after the thermostat instal & checked under hood to find my full before visit coolant reservoir empty not refilled after the service. Gratefully the radiator was full. I grew up around cars and mechanically have always taken good care of my cars. Change out belts/hoses before they blow. Replaced the cooling systems at around 150-175k miles. Etc…. Thankfully I found a great mechanic & my car is still running strong at 245k miles. I have let my friends know to be aware & double check if they ever have to have work done there. More
