Completely misled us and lied to us about the promotion being offered. Upon leasing our car with them in May, we only ever looked at the CRV. We asked if the promotional offer of no payments till October a being offered. Upon leasing our car with them in May, we only ever looked at the CRV. We asked if the promotional offer of no payments till October applied to this car and we were told yes, twice. Now, just one month later, I am being told I owe a payment because that offer only applied to the pilot and HRV (I looked nor expressed interest in neither of these cars). We asked multiple times if the offer applied to us and were told yes. I couldn’t feel more misled and this has tainted our whole experience. They also had the wrong car ready for us upon pick up, and I drove off the lot with a non-detailed non-washed car due to their lapse. Our family has gotten cars from this dealership before, and they have lost what could have been lifelong customers because they refused to rectify this situation for us. Very upsetting all around. UPDATE: After working with Trish, she was extremely professional and certainly rectified the situation for me. I still have to comment on the unprofessionalism of Dayshon and Hassan, who would not relay me to the proper person upon calling and refused to help me. I reached out to Trish directly after finding her email on here and she was extremely professional, helpful, and made sure to raise the issue with the appropriate people and made things right. I truly appreciate her for this. I am updating my rating for the dealership and for Trish, but my rating for Dayshon and Hassan stands. More

wort dealership I have ever encountered. have never left a review before but felt it was necessary with this place. after waiting hours for paperwork to sign for a new lease we noticed the agreed upon lease a review before but felt it was necessary with this place. after waiting hours for paperwork to sign for a new lease we noticed the agreed upon lease price and down payment on the forms were incorrect. they had a monthly payment over $200 more than agreed upon which was sketchy. then they said we owed $500 in taxes and other fees which we already agreed were to be included in down payment. paperwork needed to be re-done. another error evidently occurred and I was called by jonathan in finance to fix this. when asked what he error is and what forms needed to be re-signed he said "I don't know". finally after speaking to managers and other people in the finance department we found out they never filed the paperwork correctly. again we signed the lease documents. we waited 3 weeks for our bill which never came so when trying to find out where it was to avoid any late fees we got the run around. people never respond or call back. we got every excuse there is when trying to reach jonathan: he left early (when he clearly did not) he stepped out, hes busy with another customer, im not allowed to leave my desk and find him, im new here I don't know who he is, I don't know how to transfer a call. now we have been told our bill is past due and we have to pay a late fee even though honda finance has no record of our account. go somewhere else, this place is the epitome of a bad car dealership. they give car dealers a bad name, are shady and have horrible customer service.
