I’m updating my review because the issue was never properly resolved. After filing a complaint, I went back to Bill Luke Marana to sign cancellation paperwork as instructed. However, I was not offered any real resolution or compensation for their mistake. The add-on products were not properly disclosed as optional at the time of sale. I was never clearly told I did not need them. I was only able to cancel them at a prorated amount, which resulted in me losing money. To make matters worse, I attempted to use the services I paid for and had two claims denied—one for maintenance and one for towing. This shows that the service contract did not actually provide the coverage that was implied when it was sold and was effectively useless. No apology, no accountability, and no compensation for the financial loss caused by their lack of disclosure. I strongly advise future buyers to be extremely cautious with any service contracts or add-ons sold here and to carefully review everything before signing. More
