While they replaced the warped front brake rotors on the new used 2023 Dodge Durango RT I had just purchased the week before they completely disregarded the issue with ride quality. I told them there wa new used 2023 Dodge Durango RT I had just purchased the week before they completely disregarded the issue with ride quality. I told them there was a vibration at about 53 MPH and then after waiting 3-1/4 hours for the brake work they then asked me to keep my new/used Durango in order to fix what the service advisor said there was a growl at 70ish MPH. After I picked up my new/used (37k) Durango the next day the service advisor different service advisor had no information that was forthcoming about the fix for that so-called growl at around 70MPH. After testing the Durango out on the way home while I was pleased with the smoothed out braking the vibration at around 50 MPH was still present and now i was also acutely aware of the “growl” at 73 MPH. My overall impression from sales to service is they will just do or get away with the bear minimum. Also they may suffer a systemic culture of willful incompetence. I won’t have my Durango serviced there again, I don’t trust they’ll do the right thing… More

Amazing dealership from start to finish. Eli couldn't have been any nicer or more professional. The sales manager Toby went out of his way to get me to the deal I wanted. The day after picki Eli couldn't have been any nicer or more professional. The sales manager Toby went out of his way to get me to the deal I wanted. The day after picking up my new truck I notified Eli of a couple of small issues (none were any fault of the dealer). He had me bring it back and he and the service department dropped what they were doing and remedied everything while I waited, which was not long at all. While waiting, the General Manager, Josh, approached me and added a very expensive truck accessory to the deal at no charge to me just for the inconvenience of having to return. I buy vehicles way more frequently than I should and I have NEVER seen another dealership go so far above and beyond to make a satisfied customer as Josh, Toby and Eli did. It was an amazing experience you don't see anymore from other car dealerships. I will be back for my next vehicle and recommend anyone else go see them when they need a new car or truck. A++++ More
