I purchased a 2025 Tucson a few weeks ago; Jorge was the sales rep I worked with, and purchasing the car from Jorge exceeded my expectations. Not only is Jorge friendly and easy to communicate with, he was patient with all my questions. He took the time to explain the new features on this Tucson, as compared to my 2017 Tucson, which I traded. There was some confusion with Warranty, and Jorge, along with Elias, took the time to ensure of a correction and I understood the differences in the warranties. I have been using the Clay Cooley of Rockwall's service dept since 2019 for my 2017 Tucson. The Service Dept, along with Jenifer, always exceeds my expectation.
