Very disappointing experience with Easterns Automotive Group Sterling branch. Starting in April 2026, during the test drive of the 2019 Toyota RAV4 I purchased, I immediately noticed multiple issues with Group Sterling branch. Starting in April 2026, during the test drive of the 2019 Toyota RAV4 I purchased, I immediately noticed multiple issues with the vehicle, including malfunctioning windshield wiper controls, fog lights needing repair, and cigarette burns on the driver’s seat. I was assured these problems would be fixed, which is the only reason I agreed to move forward with the purchase. I paid all required down payment fees immediately and handled everything responsibly, yet after the sale, communication became terrible. The sales representative, Elie, consistently ignored follow ups from both me and my husband, and the only repeated concern seemed to be whether I had already paid the fees which says a lot about their priorities. It should not take escalating directly to management and leaving the vehicle at the dealership just to get basic promised repairs addressed. What is even more frustrating is the constant pressure to leave positive reviews while providing poor after-sale customer service. Selling a vehicle is one thing ,standing behind it and treating customers with respect afterward is another. I would not recommend this branch to anyone expecting professionalism, accountability, or proper customer care after signing the contract. More
