Terrible Experience Worst experience I've had with a dealer, which is saying a lot. Do not expect to be treated fairly or with respect here. After they get your money they are extremely slow with service and will do everything they can to get out of accepting your lease return, including cancelling multiple appointments on the day of because their "lot is full". All extremely important characteristics when I am working with anyone, but especially when making an important choice about how to spend a lot of money. In addition to his soft (emotional) skills, he did the research I needed to answer my many questions and got back to me in a timely fashion. Leased a new Nissan Leaf As I did a bit of online research on the Nissan Leaf, I clicked on a box (on an independent site) that connected me to Premier Nissan. I didn't want t As I did a bit of online research on the Nissan Leaf, I clicked on a box (on an independent site) that connected me to Premier Nissan. I didn't want to do this, and did not want to talk to a salesman yet, but because I had clicked on that page, Eddie Shahbazian called me soon after. I'm so glad he did now! I wasn't ready for "car dealership sales pressure", and it was nice that he didn't approach it that way either. He knows he has a quality product, and was helpful in giving information without pressure. A few days later, I decided on my own that it felt right, went to the dealership, and my wife and I met with Eddie. It was a painless process, and we drove home that night in our beautiful new car.
