In the end, he got me in a vehicle that hit all my requirements as well as my price point! My only advice is if you know you aren't taking the extended warranty,( my vehicle was still under manufacturer's warranty) is to let him know before you wait to meet with the person that tries to sell it to you. (All warranty packages are in view in the salesmans cubicle for your review.) Waiting for the manager was the only time I had to wait during the process and the only reason for the meat is to sell the warranty. More

El kept us updated minute by minute during the buying process and where we were how much time each step would take who would be handling what task etc… We must’ve test drive at least 10 cars and he was fast and patient with us. We found the right vehicle for us and we’ll certainly be looking for El in the next few weeks to get our second vehicle. More
