I've been driving by Automotive Avenues for years on my commute through the Wall Circle but never really paid attention to it until I saw one of their advertisements on the Turnpike, right around the time I was in the market for a vehicle. Funny how that happens, right? I'll admit I was nervous about going to a used car dealer rather than a traditional dealership, but I'm so glad I did! I'm completely happy with the Tesla I purchased - the price, the mileage, and the overall condition exceeded my expectations. Fair warning: this place gets incredibly busy on Saturdays, with customers coming from as far away as Brooklyn. If you're planning a weekend visit, be prepared to wait. I have to give major xxxxxxto our sales representative, Eliel Uceta. He was simply fantastic - patient, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions without any pressure. He gave us the space we needed to make our decision and communicated really well throughout the process. He even took our family photo at the end! I would highly recommend asking for Eliel specifically. He's just a genuinely good guy trying to legitimately help customers. My only minor frustrations were that the dealership was a bit too pushy with the warranty options, and the process can be quite slow overall. But honestly, these are small issues compared to the quality of service we received. I would definitely consider buying from Automotive Avenues again, especially if I can work with Eliel. Great experience overall! More
