We had very bad experience with this dealership our salesman was Elijah thomson and his sales manager was Garry. We called prior to check with them if they have the car with the interior color that we salesman was Elijah thomson and his sales manager was Garry. We drove from 70 miles to get that specific car with ther color and interior we wanted but once we get there he said sorry boss we sold that car we can get you that car in other color if you want but I said it’s okay we will look somewhere else if you don’t have that car anymore. But he said don’t worry boss I got you I talked to my manager he said we can get that car in today if we finalize the sale today. I asked him are you sure you can get that car in today bcz we was buying car as a surprise on birthday. He said 100% boss don’t worry let’s make a deal. As expected bcz we told them that we need car in that specific color and interior they priced it high we started negotiating with them and he was like boss if it was any other color combination we could go down but not on this one and I told him that we are getting better deal on this car at other dealership but only problem is that they are going to deliver in 2 weeks but we needed it on birthday that’s why we came to your dealership and asked you prior. So that we can have the car today. So we closed the deal after quite some time and him going back and forth with his manager which was about 2k more then the other dealership but we agreed on bcz we wanted that car same day and before signing we asked him are you sure you can get us that car today he said yes boss you sign abs and we can send porter to grab your car from there other lot. But once we signed and waited for some time then he started going back on promise saying sorry boss we can’t get it today it’s already late and the lot is closed now we have to go get it tomorrow first thing in the morning. But I told him and his manager that we have come from 70 miles and specifically asked if we can get the car today before signing then why did you guys promised that we can get the car today if you don’t have it. Then they said sorry boss it’s our fault but we can have your car delivered to your house tomorrow morning don’t worry. We asked again are you sure they said yes but I kept calling next day about car and they keep stalling saying we are looking for porters to go get your car and then they said we will deliver it later that evening but again at the end of day they again said sorry we couldn’t deliver it today but we will get it tomorrow but sales guy said I’m gonna be off tomorrow and we can deliver it day after tomorrow. We bought the car on Saturday for a birthday surprise on Sunday paid Couple thousand extra to have it by then but they kept making excuses and we had to go back ourselves on Tuesday night to get our car and told the manager that we don’t want keys from the guy that we dealt with have someone else hand over the keys he said ok but told the other guy to just give us the keys only and don’t do anything else to help them. We had very bad experience with them would never go back there and also will tell friends and family to never go to that place to buy car More
