In the past two years, we have purchased two cars from Mastrovito Hyundai, a 2023 Calligraphy Palisade and the 2024 Disney 100 Ioniq5. The sales staff at Mastrovito is top notch! With both of our purchases, we never experienced any type of high pressure sales pitch, which made the shopping experience enjoyable and stress free. Our most recent purchase in July was particularly enjoyable due to our sales rep, Eliut. He was very polite, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and made our test drive actually fun. The whole experience at Mastrovito was enjoyable from walking through the doors and being greeted with a smile at reception and the smell of fresh baked chocolate chip cookies (very yummy) to working with the sales staff (Eliut), the finance team (Mike, our go-to guy), the service department (Braelynn and Ali, well organized, professional, accommodating, patient), and the tutorial specialist, Gabrielle (our favorite). Mastrovito Hyundai makes you feel like family when you walk through their doors and that is due to the owner, Frank Mastrovito! Frank goes above and beyond to help customers drive away in their dream car. In our 40+ years of purchasing cars, we have never worked with a dealership that can come close to comparing to Mastrovito!! We have recommended and will continue to recommend Mastrovito Hyundai to our friends and family because we know that they will be getting the best product, price, and warranty in the industry and the best sales, finance, and service experience.
