Galpin has always been my first choice for dealerships because their culture reasonates through their people. Amongst a number of amazing Galpin employees, Alex is delightful and remarkably unique. We ordered our Mustang Premium at the end of Jan 2021. The lead time for the Mustang was 8 - 14 weeks. But the global chip shortage pushed out delivery back to the end of August. Alex checked in with is every few weeks to give us status updates, making sure we knew what to expect. Even though he was promoted to a different position he continued to take care of his customers. Alex was always a genuine pleasure. And my wife and I are so grateful to him for going above and beyond. We even named our beloved mustang after him :) More
