We recently completed the purchase of a 2026 Palisade Calligraphy Hybrid in Cast Iron Brown with Brown Interior. We had been searching for this vehicle for several months, finding that this combination Calligraphy Hybrid in Cast Iron Brown with Brown Interior. We had been searching for this vehicle for several months, finding that this combination would be sold before they were even delivered to the dealerships. Chris was able to find one that was scheduled to be delivered to Walser Hyundai that was not previously sold. This was a somewhat complex transaction since we live in Missouri. He was extremely accommodating and pleasant to work with. Chris was able to send us all the information, videos etc. prior to us making a 12-hour drive round trip to finalize paperwork and take delivery of our beautiful Palisade. We highly recommend working with Chris! More

Bought a car from this dealer. Had issues 1st week. They told me they would take care of them. Brought car in to them. Now they say they will not take care of issues. I had to Had issues 1st week. They told me they would take care of them. Brought car in to them. Now they say they will not take care of issues. I had to take car somewheres else. Cost me $400. Because of my experience with this Walser Coon Rapids. I would not recommend them and I will never go back there. They are friendly to your face, but different on phone. If you look and find a car there and they tell you it has been 100% inspected, good luck with that. I have nothing more to say More

You could give me a good price on my car filters. You didn’t even offer to replace them, and then you put them back without even cleaning some of The debris off that was stuck on the cabin filter. Since the manufacturer did such a good job hiding the cabin filter, I had to look on You Tune to locate it. Thanks to me I fixed it! More

The process to. actually lease the vehicle took.4 hours, is this normal? This was 4 hours on top of.the hour we had been there earlier that day to have a conversation actually lease the vehicle took.4 hours, is this normal? This was 4 hours on top of.the hour we had been there earlier that day to have a conversation with our sales guy and test drive a vehicle. Our.inital.quote.was not.saved in the system when we went back. When it came time to.pick out a vehicle, we had told our sales guy what we wanted and he proceeded to bring up 2 vehicles that weren't what we wanted, one.of which all the paperwork was drawn up for. When I got in to test drive the vehicle prior to purchasing, thankfully I noticed the bench seat in the second row that we didn't want. Back to the table and a.new set of papers needed to be drawn up. Went to.test drive the next vehicle and once again, the second row had a bench seat. Thankfully 3rd time was a charm. Paperwork took a long time but apparently the systems were down? I left the dealership well after 7pm. The people we were working with were great but the process itself to purchase was awful. More
