I like the videos to show the service person going over the vehicle, however, I've tried to find out why my navigation system sometimes does not connect to which I was told they couldn't determine the cause and that I should contact corporate. Shouldn't that be something you do?? And the last time I had my vehicle there, the service due message was not turned on so now it shows that I'm 110 days past due. And, I was not asked if I wanted them to replace the cabin filter while they had it out of the car. Granted it was on the video, but I was not watching the video as it was taking place. They have my phone number. A call would have been nice. I will still say Yes to the recommendation because it is a nice facility and for the most part, they are efficient.

I purchased this vehicle online with phone conversations
with a sales consultant and sales manager. Asked a few times if any hidden fees. I drove 3 hours to pick the vehicle up the next day and worked with

I drove 3 hours to pick the vehicle up the next day and worked with a different sales consultant as the sales person and sales manager I spoke with over the phone were off that day. I was not informed of that prior. My reasoning for a four star rating has to do with the fact they did not reveal the $399 charge for the Pulse 3000 (which we had them remove prior to signing) and the delivery process took way too long as the sales person went through all the add on options which we were not interested in. That process needs to be shortened up.
On the plus side we got a great price on the vehicle and it was in very good delivery condition.
I had high hopes of a great experience at this dealership but the sales presentation for the add on items and not informing us of the additional $399 Pulse 3000 charge made this a typical frustrating car buying experience.
