Best vehicle purchase ever I contacted GREG LeBanc Toyota after viewing the dealership inventory. I was immediately contacted by Elliot “Elbow” Lewis who was professional, polit I contacted GREG LeBanc Toyota after viewing the dealership inventory. I was immediately contacted by Elliot “Elbow” Lewis who was professional, polite and extremely helpful. I advised that I just sold my truck and was interested in the Tacoma TRD Pro and also told him of the discount offered at another dealership in another state. Mr. Lewis recommended I submit a purchase request for the vehicle which provided an excellent purchase price with the discount. The whole process was very fluid. I was in constant contact before, during and after the purchase. I was picked up at the New Orleans airport by Darren and given a ride to the dealership. Elbow stayed late showing me everything on my truck and syncing my phone to the systems. I was offered a hotel room since it was late due to flight delays. When I respectfully declined the offer, Elbow called me at 2:00am to see how I was doing on the drive home. This crew at GREG LeBlanc when above and beyond in this sale. Best truck buying experience ever!!! Truly, they put the customer first. More

Amazing help with trade in My 2018 Toyota Highlander had left me stranded and needing a tow twice in less than two weeks. I was out of town at the time. I went to Greg Lebl My 2018 Toyota Highlander had left me stranded and needing a tow twice in less than two weeks. I was out of town at the time. I went to Greg Leblanc Toyota (where I had purchased the car) to ask them to please work with Price LeBlanc in Baton Rouge to make sure it was repaired properly. The service department was awesome. They called them to check on the car..... Greg Breaux greeted us and asked how he could help. Greg LeBlanc also came to check. He evidently saw how I wasn’t going to trust that car again after being stranded with my young grandsons. Both Gregs checked the inventory to give me the best deal they could on a trade in. It worked out wonderfully and I am so grateful. I now have a 2019 Highlander and feel safe again. I LOVE this dealership. Everyone is happy, friendly, and really cares for their customers. I especially want to thank Corey Kuhn. He really went above and beyond in his kindness and help to us. He was assigned to “seal the deal” and did it with such professionalism and care. He was very patient and made sure everything was done before we left, including calling the insurance company and printing my insurance cards. Corey is a valuable asset to the company. More
