Faulty vehicle Purchased a 2015 Silverado with only 16000 miles. Within days of bringing it home the display sceen started changing on it own. Took it to service and Purchased a 2015 Silverado with only 16000 miles. Within days of bringing it home the display sceen started changing on it own. Took it to service and was told the display would need to be replaced at about $1200. This problem should have been caught by anyone driving the car for more than 15 minutes, and they drove it from Tampa to Dade city. I believe they knew of this problem and sold it anyway. They obviously do not stand behind their used vehicles. The term let the buyer beware is very appropriate. I will not spend $1200 for this repair and will not do any future business with Jim Browne Chevy. Worst car buying experience in 50 years. More

I considered other dealerships but in speaking with many friends who have bought from Jim Browne in the past, there really was no question who I should get in contact with. I found the vehicle I liked online, did some research on what I felt was a good deal, what others were paying and what I should expect to pay, etc. before I went into the dealership. I reached out to Chris who put me in touch with Sam R and Elvis to get the ball rolling. We test drove then sat down to work out a deal. Again, I had run the numbers for what I thought was a good deal and they came back on the first try with even a better deal than I could have imagined! The process was super easy, no games at all, no back and forth, just a good honest deal on the first try. I couldn't be happier with how easy it was. I can't recommend them enough! Thanks guys!
