Although I’ve owned several luxury brands over the years, I had decided to try Mercedes-Benz. My sister has owned a GLE for many years and said it was an amazing vehicle. When my wife was ready for her new c I had decided to try Mercedes-Benz. My sister has owned a GLE for many years and said it was an amazing vehicle. When my wife was ready for her new car, I started searching for a CPO Mercedes, I found a perfect one at Calstar in Glendale and spoke to Em. She was incredible. I’ve bought and sold dozens of cars over the years and the experience both with her and the Mercedes dealership was the best by far. Em was smart, friendly, and very patient with my negotiating. There was no fake haggling just an honest discussion back-and-forth, and we landed on a reasonable price. John Hong in finance was incredibly polite and helpful through closing the whole deal. I am very lucky to finally be part of the Mercedes-Benz family because it’s an entirely different class than Lexus, Acura, and Audi. All paperwork, All questions, All accounting; All financing and All Detailing were completed beyond anything EVER experienced previously. As her client, she listened, responded and Delivered. She is polished, professional and highly effective. Her dedication to details and perfection, reflect a high level of attention to all details and requests. She is the TOP of her profession and easily the most talented salesperson that I have worked with. Her communication and packaging was superb. She had the vehicle prepared and ready.
