Thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. After speaking with you, I understand your concerns regarding both your previous purchase of a 2009 Ford Ranger approximately three years ago and, more recently, your 2024 Chevrolet Trax. While I cannot speak to the circumstances surrounding your purchase from three years ago, as it was before my tenure, I sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced. Regarding your recent purchase, you notified us shortly after taking delivery that the air conditioning was not operating properly. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we committed to repairing it at no cost to you. During our conversation, we also discussed providing you with a loaner vehicle so you would not be inconvenienced while your Trax is being repaired, especially given the current hot weather. We delivered a vehicle to you the following day, and once your repairs are complete, we will also fill your fuel tank as a gesture of appreciation for your patience. We understand how disappointing it is to experience an unexpected issue after purchasing a vehicle, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
