I bought a gorgeous Wrangler from Emily and the Orisman Ford Manassass certified pre-owned team last week (Aug '24). It was without a doubt, the easiest, least steriotypical "used car sales" experience. Simple and easy. I knew what I wanted, they showed it to me, and we ran through all the details clearly /no xx, and I was in and out in two hours. No pushy tactics, good consultative sales approach throughout, and I'm thrilled w my Jeep. I would definitely recommend this dealership and sales team to friends and would buy here again. More

Bought an F150 online from Emily and she was great! I've never bought without seeing it, but Emily gave me great confidence with excellent videos and details of the truck and its condition. They are horrible! They wanted drivers license before we even saw the vehicle that we drove over 2 1/2 hours to see. We just wanted to look at the vehicle first to make sure that we liked it. Bad customer service. No wonder they have hundreds of new vehicles on the lot and can’t sell them. They just xxxx people off is all they do. Buyers beware. More
