Their service department is a joke. I took my silverado in for a hesitation/shutter under load. They sold me a $2500 torque converter job. I picked up my truck and came back the next business day to tell them nothing has changed. The service writer got nasty and rude with me and the service manager just sat there and watched. I ve taken it back multiple times trying to get it fixed but they just keep telling me lies, get loud and rude and today they insisted I leave and don't come back. I asked for the supervisor name and number and the service manager refused. AVOID AT ALL COST. They are crooks More
