My name is Emma! I'm a mom of 4 beautiful children that i revolve my world around and spend 90% of my time with, A Fiancé to a Branch manager for a Lawn care company out of Columbia MO! Sales and customer service has been my passion for 10 years! From clothing, to phones, storage units, restaurants, and my favorite car sales, which i have done for over 5 years! I'm now stepping into the Internet Manager position and continuing the passion i love most while having that family time i need at home. I'm a big sports fan and love the outdoors, I'm a southern gal! I love working with people and finding enjoyment with all things in life! With this position here I want to make the experience feel like family not just business! I cant wait to become apart of your family, while you become apart of mine here at Joe Machens Nissan!

This was by far one of the best car buying experiences we’ve ever had. We first dealt with Emma over the phone to set up an appointment with Anthony our salesman. She answered all our questions before we we’ve ever had. We first dealt with Emma over the phone to set up an appointment with Anthony our salesman. She answered all our questions before we made the three hour drive just to look at the car. She was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived Anthony was very prompt in letting us view the car and even went to one of their other locations to pick up a second car for us to view. He went over all the features of the cars with us before we took it out for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about both vehicles. After we decided to purchase the car he quickly got the paperwork ready for us and to our surprise he took the car and filled it up with gas and washed and detailed the car while we waited to see the finance guy, Brandon. Brandon was very thorough and quick and had us out the door and on our way home in no time. We would definitely recommend going to Joe Machens Nissan to purchase a vehicle from these friendly and professional staff. More
