She didn't miss one single thing throughout - her efficiency was awe-inspiring! She even went the extra mile when I couldn't take delivery the same day by arranging to keep my van safe overnight and to make sure it got washed a second time for my arrival! I'd give her 10 stars if I could, just for her instant responses to my texts and always keeping me in the loop on every small detail of the process even though she was slammed on weekend days.
