Please contact me directly about your concerns. What shop is your car with? Given the vehicle's age and mileage the repairs should be under factory warranty. Is the dealer's service department denying the claim? The car has not been salvaged, or even in an accident according to the Auto Check report we pulled before you purchased the car. (We don't knowingly ever sell a car that's been in an accident) I pulled another Auto Check report today and it still shows no history of an accident. If you'd like, I can send it to you. I do need you to send me what you referred to regarding money back, as there is nothing in your paperwork here that would indicate another refund is due you. Our records show after you took delivery we tinted your windows and paid you $240 for insurance. Is that what your referring to?
