It was a very pleasant experience from the moment I walked into the showroom. I had visited the showroom a month prior to buying the car just to see if a Maxima might be in the cards for me. Engell greeted me in a very friendly manner and was able to answer all me questions and then some spending, a good deal of time with me walking me through the models and options. I felt that I was talking to the right person. So when I went back the 2nd time I looked for him. I gave a price range to work from and Engell did his best to work with me to find just the right Maxima that would suit my budget and he did! All communication was expressed in a clear manner. THere were no secrets, no suprises, no hicupps and he was quick to return calls. I felt as though I was in good hands. I would recommend anyone going to Meadowlands Nissan. It was a great experience! I leased my first brand new vehicle here at Nissan Meadowlands. When me and my husband walked in we were greeted right away. Engell was soo great! I orginally planned on getting a preowned vehicle, instead walked out with a brand new 2010 sentra. Now because of my credit not being much, I didnt think I would qualify for anything brand new!! He was very professional and walked us through the whole process. He explained everything and answered all questions. When we came back to provide the dealer with the insurance information a few days later he was just as pleasant. I would recommend anyone who is interested in a new or preowned, do not go anywhere else! I'm sold, I will recommend, and come back here as long as I can. They definitley earned a life long customer in me!! More
