The sales staff and service department are great to work with. However, they assume you are buying when you are only wanting an estimate before signing on the dotted line. Their finance staff is inexperienced and overcharged with the loan interest rate and didn't do their due diligence on securing the best rate. Don't sign anything until you are sure you have the deal you want, not what they want for you. More
