I have been buying vehicles for over 50 years, Bill Luke takes the cake! Never experienced a bait and switch before but this place is ridiculous. Did all the paperwork online (to save an hour) and the deal was submitted and I was assured it is a done deal even got a congratulations and Confetti emoji and when I went in to purchase my new vehicle the bottom line was 5,000.00 dollars more than I was quoted! After 4 salesman worked me how I am getting a great deal, the dealership manager told me they did the deal on the wrong vehicle, at which time I walked out ! Be careful come prepared, I did and they still tried to rip me off. Even with all the online information at your finger tips dealerships still will work their magic to make your money disappear. SAD More
