Bought a brand new 2019 escape lasted 4 years 90k miles before the engine block cracked and was leaking coolant. Ford issued a recall but Country Ford wouldn't honor it even after acknowledging the recalle before the engine block cracked and was leaking coolant. Ford issued a recall but Country Ford wouldn't honor it even after acknowledging the recalled engine was the problem. They said the recall was for 7 years 84k miles, my worthless engine was 4 years 90k miles so was outside of their replacement milage window, even though I had brought the car in before the 84k to be repaired they didnt mention the recall, i had to figure that on my own and by then it was too late. They are a bunch of liars in the service dept, don't ever come here unless you want to throw your money away!! More

This service department totally sucks. I had a broken distance on my cruise control, but my speed control was working. Do not buy anything from this dealer. I am going to switch to Chevrolet and I am been a loyal purchaser of Ford products for 50 years. They could care less. More
