My personal experience: First & foremost I would like to thank the entire team at John Elway Cadillac of Park Meadows. Especially the staff I personally worked together with for my purchase: Ephi Endazenaw (Sales & Leasing Consultant), Austin Roper (Finance Manager) & Tony Mellick (Sales Manager). From my first phone call inquiry to the last signature finalizing my purchase, I was very impressed with the genuine friendliness & honesty of everyone. All pricing was straight forward and when I signed the final paperwork it was exactly the listed price & quote I received; no hidden fees/add-ons like other dealers. Bonus- I received a 60 day unlimited miles warranty with my purchase which is unheard of in the used car market; at least I have never encountered one. From start to finish it took approximately 3 hours before I was on the road with my car. (Note: I had financing approval from my bank before purchasing). The Dealership: The dealership is not a huge sprawling jungle of new & used vehicles. It is on the smaller side (in my opinion) focusing on quality new & used (trade-in) vehicles. The inside showroom is clean and filled with new vehicles (and a classic Cadillac), nice comfortable sitting chairs & staff offices. Final opinion: If you are looking for a new Cadillac or a used quality vehicle (in my case), definitely check out the listings at John Elway Cadillac of Park Meadows.
