Adrian Guzman the sales representative was helpful and very personable. John Elian, sales manager, whom we were negotiating the trade in with as well as the pricing failed to inform us of a key GM incent very personable. John Elian, sales manager, whom we were negotiating the trade in with as well as the pricing failed to inform us of a key GM incentive, Conquest. We did not find this out until we were already in the finance department signing papers. There was a document that indicated all the incentives we were “offered” that we were to sign when we noticed this Conquest incentive for $1500. The Finance rep, Erasmo Quirino, spoke to Mr Elian regarding this and was told that it was rolled into the “Total Savings” amount which was not our understanding of what that total included. Those amounts were different when we made the negotiations. We did not accept this and we were ready to back out of the deal when Mr Quirino spoke to Mr Elian again and we negotiated a resolution. This incident was very uncomfortable and left us feeling like it was a “bait and switch” scenario. More

Your group of people have no customer service skills and no team work. Eating on the job instead of using break rooms. Management not communicating with customers or with employees.
