I have a great experience working with the Service and Sales team from the time I dropped my car off to be serviced. During this process. I spoke with a member of the sales team. I announced my interest to buy a truck and would be trading an older truck. From beginning to end, the process went smoothly, including picking up my car from the service department. Each member were professional, prompt, knowledgeable and Customer Service Friendly. I left as a Satisfied Customer! More

Very disappointing. Sales rep Ian seemed to not be familiar with internet info on discounts (e.g. military veteran) or special financing. Was told when I initially ca Sales rep Ian seemed to not be familiar with internet info on discounts (e.g. military veteran) or special financing. Was told when I initially called dealer, that if I made an appintment, extra $500 discount would be applied. Sales rep didn't know about this. Internet info on the car we bought showed zero mileage when in fact it had 2200 miles (former loaner). Finance guy wasn't happy about our declining extended service plan. After we declined he said he could provide reduced price for COSTCO members. Whi not offer this up front? We know why. Only offered when he was losing the sale. Even though we told sales rep we wanted the special financing with deferred payment (per the website) finance guy tried to get us to sign payments starting next month. When I said 90 deferred plan he had to check with his manager. From walking in the door to leaving in our vehicle was over 5 hours - UNSAT! And this was with knowing exactly what we were going to buy. More
