Terrible experience at every step in the process. Showed up to dealership and the car we wanted to look at had damage that the sales person AND manager had no idea about. The sales person was annoyed with how concerned we were about the damage that had not been inspected yet. Manager promised the car would be fixed. Turns out the car had underlying damage and the bank denied the loan. Finance gave us a hassle and refused to match our rate even though we were initially promised a match. Had to push for that. Would never do business again with an organization filled with scam artists at every level. More

Donna was nice to deal with. Car was dropped off at our house on a Friday night. On Saturday I noticed that the taillight that was to be replaced was replaced with the wrong one Car was dropped off at our house on a Friday night. On Saturday I noticed that the taillight that was to be replaced was replaced with the wrong one - not even close. The technician told the sales staff it was not the correct one and they still delivered it. They would not fix this issue. I replaced the light with the correct one and they would not reimburse me for the part or my labor. Also beware of the listed price you can see online does not include $3000 fee they tried to add on. BEWARE More
