Now, as for Sam Garcia, a manager of some sort. He was a complete a**hole once he thought the deal was falling apart. I’ve been in management all my life and he is the sorriest excuse for a manager I think I’ve ever seen. He obviously needs work on his people skills and customer service. I’m glad we were able to do the sale with Ryan and hope he made some money. That being said, I will not be back to that dealership for another purchase with managers like that representing your brand. More
