Life experience changed by amazing people! I live in Manhattan and had the devastation of losing everything to include my Ford F-150 to the flood on Monday 9/3. I went to Dick Edwards on Wednesday and initially started working with Eric who asked what I was looking for in a vehicle and he then showed me the beautiful 2016 75th anniversary edition jeep grand Cherokee, i test drove it and immediately fell in love. We started the paperwork and was approved for the loan on Thursday but needed to wait on my insurance company to send me the total loss letter which I received on Friday. The professionalism and friendliness of everyone at Dick Edwards Auto Plaza is nothing short of amazing. They made sure I was entirely happy with my purchase from beginning to end. Thank you Eric, James, Rodney and Tanice from the bottom of my heart for making my devastating week start to get better so quickly. Amazing place I was a solder who was cheated by a car dealer in Junction city. The minute i came to this dealership i was taken care of. From the moment of stepping I was a solder who was cheated by a car dealer in Junction city. The minute i came to this dealership i was taken care of. From the moment of stepping into the dealership your greated by warm faces. There where more than happy to help. You see i lived in Ireland for the past 6 years before i wanted to fullfill my dream of becoming a solder in the Army. I missed America so much since i left when i was younger but still was harder than i thought to adapt to the way of life here. The dealership just made this part of my life so much easyer. I was more or less out and in , in a day. They say what my price range was and met it perfectly. Even when you dont see to intrested in bying they will still treat you like a Customer and not push you off to the side like most dearships would do when they relise you arent intrested in a car. Everyone is polite and kind. All in all i had an amazing time bye a car here and would recomend this place to anyway. Also a side note there coffee in the back isnt actrally that bad! More

He then moved to Dick Edwards in Junction city, After driving about 6 different trucks over a few months he was able to find a truck k with everything that I wanted at the price I wanted, he called me up and asked if I would like to look at it. 1 hour later I was driving home in my new 2018 Ram bighorn. If I could recommend any car dealer, it would be Eric. He is very helpful and wants you to leave happy and not settle for something that you don’t want.. More
