However when I came by Ford Country I was met by Eric(who I had contacted by phone earlier) who lead me through what I thought would be a bad experience but surprised me with high level professionalism. He was very knowledgeable on every aspect of the deal. Because of Eric I have switched all my business to Ford Country. He has helped me not only purchase a new Escape but service my 2016 Explorer XLT and Explorer Sport Trac..I am a very hazard person to please , but Eric and Ford Country have please me completely. It was the best at first I purchased a fiat from Eric back in November. He was the best part of the experience. Other than that. I am highly disappointed. I already had to replace all 4tires because the ones sold to me with the car are cracked and unsafe to drive on. And today, just to put some icing on the cake. My check engine light comes on. An experience I'll never forget!
