On the day of my delivery, Ron Wood was unfortunately home, sick in bed and telephoned me to let me know that another salesman, Eric Hartman, would be handling my delivery. I must say that Eric is absolutely wonderful! He spent more than an hour with me in my new Traverse, showing me all the new features, making sure that I understood how to operate the very complicated dashboard screen. Before I left the dealership, Eric told me that I could call him with any questions. It just seems that the guys at Arnold are willing to go "above and beyond" to make their customers feel valuable. Certainly, I will return to this amazing dealership when my lease ends in 2028!
